M-frame scaffolding

1.wooden planks-

clean site and lay the wooden planks at the ground in horizontal position.

2.jack base-

it is a base seat for adjusting and fixing the required scaffolding length above the wooden planks.

3.Main frame-

insert the main frame into jack base section in per pendicular position.

4.cross brace-

for fixing the main frame in each span of scafolding.

5.joint pin-

insert into the top of main frame for joining the required dimension.

6.horizontal frame or catwalk(steel scaffolding plank)-

it is a lateral pipe for frmaes used for fixing the main frame to complete the first floor scaffolding.(it can be erected with about 2 to 4 spans in each high rising floor alternately)

7.Wall tie(keeper joint)-

use wall tie to prevent the frames from swaying down due to strong wind and unstable ground. Fasten the ties to walls every 4 span horizontally and every 4 frame , vertically.
